This comment is too funny. I think is more like you'll be too full and stuffed after you ate sweet rice/sticky rice, because of the amount of the gluten that it has which takes longer for it to be digested .
not true at all for example my husband and my kids grew up eating sweet/sticky rice they have fair skin and pointy nose people though they're half white , but for me I look some what Indian with light skin just not fair like my husband & my kids neither of us have mix with white ,Chinese,. Vietnamese, Indian, Thai, etc..All I know is that both of our parents are Laotians and his family seems to be pretty tall people compared to my family my husband is 5'11'' I think he's quite tall for Laotian.
